still feeling great

pain................... minor  to none , old neck stuff
strength............  very good
attitude ...........  usually good ,  that's the  fight now
tumor...............  very small , super  hard
overall ............  9.0


if  you ask me , i've got it whipped..  

i have  a new lifestyle, an anti- cancer diet ,along with my no alcohol or  drugs.    i am ready  for a long life

i still have to avoid stress,  breathe  and think correctly

i am on a 70 year old  program, and i am confident 100 %

what i think is what is most important.  think good stuff , and  good stuff happens..   

and thank you to everyone sending good vibes,  these  are really  healing me

March was brutal mentally ..   i'm glad to be in april now,  everything is looking great.

i backed off from the blog but i am back with a new attitude
